Payment Deposits

All prices quoted are cash or cheque prices. Credit card charges do apply:

  • 3% Diners
  • 2% all others
Prices quoted are inclusive of service fees, where applicable, and are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

A minimum deposit of $100.00 per person is required upon booking. All deposits are non refundable.
(Note: Your service provider may require further deposits).

Prices are subject to change until payment has been made in full.

Airfare Taxes are subject to change and currency fluctuations, and may only be confirmed at time of ticketing.

If you do not fly and do not notify the airline at least 24 hours prior to the flight's scheduled departure time, you may forfeit the fare paid.

Frequent Flyers: If you are a member of an airline frequent flyer programme, please retain your boarding passes and copies of tickets for point verification against your statement. Without these you may be unable to claim points. Please be aware that many fare types and discounted airfares do not accrue frequent flyer points. Please check with your consultant on your fare type and if points can be accrued.

Please advise your consultant of any special requirements you may have: special meals, seating requests or medical requirements.

You should reconfirm your onward and return flights directly with the airline at least 3 days prior to each journey. Airlines have the right to change flight times and dates without notice.

Cancellation and Amendments: With most files, we do not charge for amendments while developing the bookings to suit your requirements. If you do have to cancel or change your reservations, every effort is made to minimize any fees incurred.

  • A ticket re-issue fee of $10.00 per person applies to Trans Tasman bookings in addition to any airline charges.
  • A ticket re-issue fee of $50.00 per person applies to international bookings in addition to any airline charges.
  • A refund administration fee of $30 applies for all airfare refunds in addition to any airline cancellation charges. Many discounted airfares are NON REFUNDABLE. Your consultant will advise you of fare conditions.

Conditions: All arrangements are subject to the supplier's (transport/accommodation/tour provider) regulations and conditions detailed on tickets, vouchers, travel brochures, at accommodation premises, on transport vehicles, or as advised at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. The premium is calculated on the number of days you will be away, however it is important that the policy be taken out when the booking is made, to cover any cancellation penalties that may apply from that time.

Passports: A valid passport is required to travel internationally (some countries insist the validity be for at least six months beyond the dates of your visit.)

Visa and Documentation Responsibilities: It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate documentation including visas. We are happy to assist you in determining visa requirements wherever possible.
