Specialised or Group Tours are something we do a lot at Varsity Lakes Travel - On On, Spiderman.
Upcoming tours include:
EuroHash 2009 in Turkey
- With the option to tour Egypt first {10 days from 6th May}
- A 22 day tour of Turkey that takes in EuroHash {22 days from 15th May}
- With the option of a Med Cruise & Greece afterwards {11 days from 5th June}
These packages are now finalised, and consist of three parts:
- The main part is a tour of Turkey (22 days) that 'just happens' to spend 3 days in Antalya while EuroHash is being held. {Istanbul to Istanbul}
- A 'Pre-Lube' tour of Egypt (10 days) {Cairo to Cairo}
- A 'Post-Lube' Mediteranean Cruise from Istanbul, taking in the Greek Islands. {Istanbul to Athens}.
- The tours are Gecko's tours.
- A moderate level of fitness is required.
- These trips generally involve some physical activities and occasional long travelling days.
- Accommodation and travel conditions may be more basic.
You need to register yourself for the EuroHash event: Register for EuroHash 2009
- Before 31th Oct 15th Nov 2008, €200
- After 1st Nov 2008, €300
- After 1st Apr 2009, €400
Spiderman's tips to help you register for EuroHash 2009:
- Download and save this RegistrationForm onto your computer.
- Complete the form.
- Attach the completed form to an email and send it to Meltem in Turkey.
- When sending your fees, I suggest that you use your Hash Name as a reference
- To send the money, my bank wanted a SWIFT Code for the HSBC Bank in Turkey.
The SWIFT Code is HSBCTRIX
- We have negotiated a group rate for flights, ex Australia
- You will need a Visa for Egypt and a Visa for Turkey.
- Travel Insurance is required by the Tour Operator. We have obtained a group discount for this.
- Not included are items of a personal nature: gratuities, postage, drinks, meals that are not mentioned in the itineraries, spending money etc.
- There may be a few Optional Tour expenses. These expenses are listed on the bottom of the Itineraries.
